Advantech SQFlash 640 series M.2 2242 delivers all the advantages of Flash Disk technology with the Serial ATA III (6.0Gb) interface, fully compliant with standard M.2 2242 form factor. The SQF-SM4 is based on the M.2 form factor which is generated by JEDEC and could provide a wide range capacity from 16GB to 512GB for MLC, 8GB to 256GB for UltraMLC, 32GB to 512GB for 3D NAND BiCS3 which delivers the read / write performance up to 560MB/s and 500MB/s.
